Work/life balance is key for me. While I rarely take extended time off (except for the annual holiday closure in December), I observe all federal and provincial holidays. On these occasions, I typically close the business from Thursday to Monday, depending on the holiday’s timing. I generally schedule one week off per quarter and an annual Holiday closure in December.
